As we are now firmly entrenched into the fall schedule of the year, I hope things are finally starting back into an upswing for everyone. It’s been a progressive year for us in our never- ending mission to seek improvement in all aspects of our dentistry and service. From a dental point of view we’ve added two very significant offerings, based on patient requests through our surveys. The first improvement is in the cosmetic area of dentistry. After many requests to help our patients achieve whiter teeth we have started a program we call “Whitening for Life!” A quick summary of the program is: For a one-time enrollment fee of just $99 we will help you maintain white teeth for life. Yes! That includes all the materials needed for maintenance forever. Just ask any of the staff for details of how the program works. We’re very excited about this program and the great things it can do for our patients. The second addition we’ve added to our services is IV Sedation for the many patients that confess to not having dental visits be on their top 10 list of favorite past times. I’ve been involved with oral sedation for several years now and still find it a great and safe alternative for many of our patients. However, there have been times that the waiting time and control has been more excessive and cumbersome than we would prefer. With IV sedation we have a safe and effective alternative that allows us to immediately start and conclude a procedure. This method is truly one of the best and most exciting aspects to dentistry I have ever worked with.
